Who is Salon Club?

Salon Club has been developed by Payleadr. Payleadr was established by a team of industry experts who possess more than 30 years combined payments experience and expertise. Payleadr is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and holds an Australian Financial Services License (501914).

Do I need a merchant payment facility from my bank?

Not for the Salon Club solution. We take care of all of this for you!

Is my customer data secure?

Salon Club is serious about security. All personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and traffic on the Salon Club website and platform is encrypted via SSL. All payments are processed by our level 1 PCI DSS compliant technology partner.

How often do I receive my funds?

Funds are released to you as they clear. We provide comprehensive reporting with each payout to assist you with your reconciliation.

Do I require any dedicated hardware?

None at all! The Salon Club platform has been designed to utilise the smartphones carried by all of us and can be accessed from any internet enables device.

Am I locked into a contract with Salon Club?

Of course not! Salon Club does not believe in locking salons into contracts, instead we believe in the strength of our solution. Salon Club clients are free to leave us for another provider at any time without penalty. This acts as an incentive for us to constantly deliver great service and innovative features at a fair price.
